Everyone you encounter is motivated, communicates, and views tasks differently. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to recognize the four primary communication styles, Implement effective communication strategies to minimize conflicts, improve morale, and build team cohesion. At the end of this training, you will be equipped with a framework to have coaching conversations that will increase your team’s effectiveness.
