This could be a login page for network members only, where in NOVI we create a group called, "ECE Voices". Here they can have tools to connect with other network members, staff and policy advisors.

I have setup a google group called "ecevoices@everychildca.org", so perhaps a way for them to sign up for that here (probably e-mail)

We can also post resource sharing tools like padlets, or similar communication tools that can help keep them connected as you asked. Maybe meeting recordings too?
