EveryChild California began Great Administrators with the intention of helping you facilitate your personal network of access to Early Care and Learning leaders across the State. Year after year, based on our annual Membership survey, we know that engaging and growing your network of peers is one of the most important aspects of your success. This seminar brings that priority to the forefront, creating multiple group activities driven by the content you bring, an agenda based on actual, contemporary, real world issues you are facing. We have found that utilizing the collective wisdom available in the room, supports a dialogue towards resolving issues in the most efficient way not only in the moment, but for the future as many report continuing to access their new network of experts after they return to their agency.
