Professional Bio

At Kidango, Inc., my role as Vice President of Advocacy & Policy taps into my deep commitment to enhancing early childhood education. Leveraging skills in outreach programs and diversity, the focus is on shaping policies that empower teachers and engage parents. My journey with Kidango, Inc. started over two years ago as a Community Organizer, a role in which I honed my abilities to drive change and foster unconscious bias awareness.

The mission that propels our team forward is the belief in early intervention and the creation of learning environments that nurture young minds. With a background in special education and community arts, I bring a unique perspective to policy advocacy. My expertise lies not only in educational policy but also in uniting communities through the power of art and engagement, aiming to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families we serve.
